Return and Refund Policy

At Grand Carbon, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality industrial products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate a return request. Requests made after this 3-day period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original invoices, labels, and tags are intact.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card).

  • The refund amount will typically reflect in your account within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy mentioned above will apply.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Kindly Note:- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
